Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern access to and use of SnapLineups websites, apps, and related services (the “Service”) operated by SnapLineups (“we,” “us,” or “our”). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

1. The Service

SnapLineups helps fantasy sports players connect leagues, view projections, and generate lineup recommendations. Features available to you depend on your plan (Free, Pro, or Elite) and may change as we improve the product.

Projections, optimize results, weather badges, and related insights are informational tools only. They are not betting advice, financial advice, or a guarantee of fantasy outcomes. You remain solely responsible for lineup and roster decisions you make on third-party platforms.

2. Accounts

SnapLineups is intended for users who are 18 years of age or older. By creating an account or using the Service, you represent that you are at least 18 years old (or the age of majority where you live).

You must provide accurate registration information and keep your login credentials secure. You are responsible for activity under your account. Notify us promptly if you suspect unauthorized access.

If you use the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization.

3. League connections and third-party platforms

You may connect fantasy leagues hosted on supported platforms (for example Sleeper or MyFantasyLeague). By connecting a league you represent that you have the right to access that league’s data with the credentials or identifiers you provide.

Platform credentials (such as an MFL password) are used only as needed to authenticate and sync data. We do not store MFL passwords; we retain only session tokens required for sync, subject to our Privacy Policy. You must comply with each platform’s terms. We are not affiliated with or endorsed by Sleeper, MFL, ESPN, Yahoo, the NFL, or other league hosts.

4. Subscriptions and billing

Paid plans are billed through Stripe as subscriptions that renew automatically at the end of each billing period (monthly or annual) until you cancel. Prices and entitlements are described on our pricing page and may be updated prospectively. Taxes may apply.

Unless required by law or stated otherwise at purchase, fees are non-refundable once charged. You can manage or cancel renewals through the Stripe customer portal linked from the app, subject to Stripe’s and our cancellation timing rules (including cancel-at-period-end where offered).

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • Abuse, disrupt, or overload the Service or its infrastructure
  • Attempt to bypass entitlements, rate limits, or security controls
  • Scrape, reverse engineer, or republish proprietary Service data at scale
  • Use the Service for unlawful purposes or to violate others’ rights
  • Share account access in a way that circumvents per-user plan limits

6. Intellectual property

The Service, including software, branding, and original content we provide, is owned by SnapLineups or its licensors. You receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service for your personal or internal fantasy management purposes while these Terms remain in effect.

Player names, team marks, and league platform marks belong to their respective owners and are used only as needed to operate the Service.

7. Disclaimers

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE.” TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE DISCLAIM WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. We do not warrant uninterrupted or error-free operation, or that projections or recommendations will be accurate or complete.

8. Limitation of liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, SNAPLINEUPS AND ITS SUPPLIERS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR LOST PROFITS, FANTASY WINNINGS, OR DATA, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM RELATED TO THE SERVICE WILL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNTS YOU PAID US FOR THE SERVICE IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM.

9. Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time and may delete your account where the product provides that control. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms, create risk for the Service or other users, or if we discontinue the product. Provisions that by nature should survive (including intellectual property, disclaimers, and liability limits) will survive termination.

10. Changes

We may update these Terms by posting a revised version with a new effective date. Continued use after changes become effective constitutes acceptance. Material changes for paid subscribers will be communicated with reasonable notice where practical.
